To change annotation text:

1. Select the Edit Feature tool from the Command Manager, select Edit Feature in the Feature toolbox or select Edit Properties from the Feature menu.
2. Select a feature in the graphical view. The Feature Editor opens.
3. Change the properties in the Feature Editor that are linked to the annotation by Property Based Annotation (PBA) rules.
4. Click OK to update the feature's properties and its annotations.
